In order to further improve the level of enterprise standardization management, vigorously enhance the confidence of foreign port cooperation and the effectiveness of cooperation between the two sides, Jingwei Company's Standardization Committee was established recently under the personal deployment of the company's main leaders. This is another voyage that Jingwei Company has embarked on for the long-term future on the basis of persistently strengthening itself for many years.

According to Wang Shujun, director of Standardization Committee, the committee is divided into four standardization working groups: technology, process and production; quality management; enterprise management; safety production and environmental protection. They are respectively responsible for planning and preparing the corresponding standardization management system, operation standards and work processes, and achieving the goal of total success through in-depth implementation.

On the evening of April 4, the Standardization Committee held the first collective learning meeting. General manager Yang Shihong personally attended the meeting to mobilize the main idea. He deeply expounded the importance of standardization work to the development of the enterprise, required and encouraged all members to overcome difficulties, strengthen learning and practical operation, and made every effort to promote the standardization management level of Jingwei Company to a new level. Then, the members discussed while learning, and from the actual needs of the enterprise and development, adjusted the important indicators of the original product, such as the one-time acceptance rate, the actual delivery rate and customer satisfaction, and modified and improved some contents of the quality management system. Everyone agreed that we should make full use of this learning opportunity, deeply understand and master standardized management knowledge, and further promote the development of enterprises in a better and faster direction. According to the course arrangement, the collective learning meeting will be held every night in spare time, lasting about half a month.
