1. The JM8 series gearbox is a specialized gearbox with a double row vertical layout structure, which adopts a motor side mounted form. The bracket can pass through the gearbox above, and the gearbox housing does not interfere with the purlin. The maximum rotation angle of the photovoltaic panel can reach 70 °. The photovoltaic panel can be arranged in double rows vertically, without the need for the main shaft to be shifted, shortening the bracket length, saving bracket costs, and improving land use efficiency.
2. Electrically linked multi-point tracking can achieve 1+N master-slave reducers and controller modules. Each reducer operates independently and cooperatively, resulting in lower failure rates and higher transmission consistency.
3. The installation bottom of the reducer is horizontal without any protrusions, and the column does not need to be opened, saving processing costs. There is no need to avoid installation,.
4. Adopting a two-stage worm gear transmission form, with a large reduction ratio, low motor power, and reduced power consumption of the controller.
5. Adopting a double shaft sleeve design, easy assembly, more compact structure, and lower cost.
6. Adopting a double skeleton oil seal design, the double oil seal design allows for the installation of an oil seal before painting, for overall product painting, and the installation of a second oil seal before packaging, eliminating the repainting process of repainting parts, resulting in better corrosion resistance and appearance of the product.
